ccTLDs includes first level domain also like .in & .uk. You can puchase this first level domain just for $4.

It depends on the purpose why you are purchasing.

.co.in generally represents the company in india, .org.uk generally represents the organization (charity) in UK.

Is ccTLDs come under only in the second level domain like co.in, co.uk? Is there any possibility to create the domain without second level: Ex.www.example.in, http://www.example.uk, etc? Pls clarify
